Job summary

Revo Health in Eagan, MN is seeking a friendly front-desk representative for Training HAUS. You will greet patients, register them, collect copayments and insurance details, and schedule both new and existing patients using the practice management system.

In this full-time role, you will work Monday-Thursday, support multiple providers and instructors, coordinate calendars, and maintain clear paths of communication with patients and families while ensuring HIPAA compliance and smooth clinic

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience required.
• Administrative or Medical Office experience preferred.
• Experience teaching fitness classes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients; collect co-payments, pre-payments and insurance information.
• Schedule new and existing patients in the practice management system.
• Coordinate calendars and manage provider/class instructor schedules.
• Maintain timely communication with patients and families with appointment details and directions.
• Verify insurance information according to current practices.
• Support chart management and HIPAA-compliant processes.
• Assist with community functions related to outreach events.

Job description

Serve as a professional and welcoming representative of the Training HAUS’s patients, families, visitors, and Viking stakeholders. This position frequently requires front-line customer service and problem resolution.

This is a full-time role, working Monday-Thursday either 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 AM out of our Eagan location.

Essential Functions

• Fully understand, describe and promote all aspects of the Training HAUS
• Greet and register patients; collect co-payments, collect pre-payments and insurance information
• Manage multiple meeting hosts, providers, and class instructor schedules through Mind Body and Outlook calendars
• Accurately and efficiently schedule new and existing patients in the current practice management system
• Communicate all pertinent patient information regarding their call to include appointment information, directions, check‑in times, referral information and copayments
• Maintain a working knowledge of health care plan requirements and health plan networks
• Verify and document insurance information as defined by current business practices
• Chart management
• Maintain timely communication with patients and families while in clinic
• Occasionally participate in community functions relating to TCO outreach events throughout the year
• Any and all other duties as assigned

Education And Experience Requirements

• High School diploma/GED or equivalent
• Customer service experience required
• Administrative or Medical Office experience preferred
• Experience teaching fitness classes preferred
