The Patient Services Representative will serve as the main point of contact for all patients and the community. Responsibilities include receiving and processing patient referrals, registration, verifying demographics, obtaining insurance cards and IDs, and updating medical records accurately and efficiently. Additional duties involve scheduling appointments, transcribing orders, explaining financial options to patients, and maintaining medical records.
