Job summary

Lawall Prosthetic & Orthotic Services in King of Prussia, PA seeks a professional PSR to serve as the first contact for patients, referral sources, and visitors, ensuring timely access to services by verifying benefits and securing authorizations.

Reporting to the Patient Accounts Supervisor, the PSR will document verification details, collaborate with clinicians and billing teams, and contribute to an exceptional patient experience in a friendly, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with insurance verification, prior authorizations, medical billing, or healthcare reimbursement.
• Working knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care, and Commercial insurance plans.
• Understanding of HCPCS coding, ICD-10 coding, and payer guidelines.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with medical billing software and Microsoft Office applications.

We are seeking a professional, dependable, and customer-focused individual who enjoys working in a friendly, team-oriented environment. The PSR serves as the first point of contact for our patients, referral sources, and visitors. As a PSR, you will play a critical role in ensuring patients receive timely access to prosthetic and orthotic services by verifying insurance benefits and securing necessary authorizations. This rolereports directly to the Patient Accounts Supervisor and plays a vital role in ensuring an exceptional patient experience.

Office Location : 901 East 8th Avenue, 1st Floor Suite 104, King of Prussia, PA 19406

Key Responsibilities
