Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients with professionalism and warmth.
• Schedule appointments and handle patient inquiries in person and by phone.
• Collect and verify patient information, insurance details and docs.
• Support front desk tasks and maintain a tidy reception area.
• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Assist with other front office tasks during downtime.
