Patient Services Representative - Catalyst Medical Clinic

Join to apply for the Patient Services Representative - Catalyst Medical Clinic role at Infinite Health Collaborative.

Description: The Patient Services Representative will handle the initial greeting of all patients that contact the clinic in a professional and courteous manner. This is a part-time (0.325 FTE) position working Tuesdays from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm and Fridays from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm at our Chaska location. Catalyst Medical Clinic is an operating division of Infinite Health Collaborative (i-Health), a group of local medical practices owned and led by physicians, with a mission to give patients more control over their healthcare.

Essential Functions:
  • Greet all patients entering the clinic promptly and professionally.
  • Obtain demographic and billing information for accurate and timely billing procedures.
  • Photocopy insurance cards, obtain signatures, perform registration, and check patients in.
  • Answer phones in a timely manner.
  • Schedule appointments and review provider schedules daily.
  • Understand and follow protocols related to Medical Records, confidentiality, legal, and payment rules.
  • Participate in patient-centered healthcare activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience Requirements:
  • High School diploma/GED or equivalent.
  • Customer service, telephone, and Windows computer skills.
  • Preferred: Knowledge of clinical front desk operations.
