Job summary

Cape Cod Orthopaedics in Sandwich, MA is hiring a Patient Services Representative. As the first contact for patients, you will welcome visitors, register new patients, verify insurance, collect co-pays, and support the clinical team with scheduling and front-desk duties.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, prior medical office experience, and familiarity with EMR systems and medical scheduling software.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a medical office, orthopedic practice, or healthcare customer service preferred.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and medical scheduling software preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent customer service skills with a patient-centered approach.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance verification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Cape Cod Orthopaedics is seeking a compassionate, professional, and detail-oriented Patient Services Representative to join our growing team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a vital role in creating a positive patient experience while supporting our providers and clinical staff in delivering exceptional orthopedic care.
