Job summary

Diagnostic Imaging Centers of Texas is seeking a skilled Ultrasound Technologist for our El Paso outpatient imaging clinic. You will perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures, ensuring image quality and patient safety while guiding patients through each step.

The role requires ARDMS/ARRT certification and BLS, strong teamwork, and the ability to document findings and communicate clearly with physicians and staff.

Qualifications

• ARDMS/ARRT certification required.
• Current BLS certification.
• Proficiency in sonographic anatomy and imaging protocols.
• Ability to operate ultrasound equipment accurately and safely.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures as ordered by the physician.
• Ensure proper imaging techniques for diagnostic accuracy and patient safety.
• Maintain patient comfort and provide clear instructions throughout the procedure.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and staff to support optimal patient care.
• Document and maintain accurate patient records and imaging results.
• Educate and answer patient questions related to ultrasound procedures.
