Job summary

Diagnostic Imaging Centers of Texas (DICOT) seeks an Ultrasound Technologist for our El Paso outpatient imaging clinic. You will perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures and ensure accurate imaging while prioritizing patient comfort and safety.

The role requires ARDMS/ARRT(S) certification and a current BLS certificate, plus familiarity with imaging protocols and SPECT/PET systems. Join a fast-paced team focused on compassionate care.

Qualifications

• ARDMS/ARRT(S) certification in one or more specialties required.
• Current BLS certification.
• Proficiency in sonographic anatomy, imaging protocols and machine operation.
• Familiarity with SPECT/PET and hybrid imaging systems.
• Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures as ordered by the physician.
• Ensure proper imaging techniques for diagnostic accuracy and patient safety.
• Maintain patient comfort and provide clear instructions during the procedure.
• Document and maintain accurate patient records and imaging results.
• Educate patients about ultrasound procedures.
