The Knox Community Health Center (KCHC) at the Knox County Health Department is hiring a Patient Services Representative (PSR) to be the first point of contact for patients seeking care. This is a crucial front-line role for someone who enjoys meaningful, fastpaced administrative work.

Job Summary:

As a PSR, you’ll welcome patients in-person and on the phone, handle appointment scheduling, insurance verification, and financial transactions, and maintain the accuracy of health records- all while contributing to a respectful, culturally competent care environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Minimum Qualifications:
