Description
The Patient Service Representative is responsible for a variety of administrative functions and patient care activities in support of the clinic to include – checking-in/out patients, collecting co-pays, verifying insurance, scheduling appointments, and assisting clinical staff to provide support for the efficient delivery of patient care. Responsibilities also include opening and closing the office, ensuring the waiting area is always neat, answering phones, scheduling and following up on appointments, and entering patient demographics into EMR. The Patient Service Representative will be responsible for collecting co-pays, prepayments, and any outstanding balances, and will work the assigned ‘buckets’ in the EMR.
This position will require travel between Fayetteville and Peachtree City locations.
