Cooper Aerobics in Dallas, TX is seeking a Patient Services Representative to greet patients and guide them through check-in, ensuring the correct clinical procedures during each visit.

You will handle front-desk duties, schedule appointments, enter patient data in the practice management system, and deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Direct patient contact experience preferred.
• Experience with computer usage.
• Appointment scheduling and data entry experience.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Strong communication skills in a high-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology a plus.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Patient Services Representative

Job Details

Full time: Cooper Clinic. The Patient Services Representative plays an essential role in our patient experience. The Patient Services Representative greets our patients and initiates the check-in process to ensure the patients receive the correct clinical procedures during their visit.

Patient Services Representative Schedule: M-F, 6:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. with a 30 minute lunch. Occasional overtime as needed for patient care.

Patient Services Representative Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Proactively keep patients informed throughout the day.
• Consistently provide superior internal and external customer service.
• Answer telephone in a timely and polite manner.
• Communicate with customers in a courteous, professional and cooperative manner.

• Accurately enter/update patient information in practice management system.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Microsoft applications
