Children's Dental Health in Aston/Springfield, PA is seeking a Patient Services Representative to be the first friendly face for patients, families, and staff, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out, accurate records, and a welcoming atmosphere.

In this role you will schedule appointments, verify insurance, collect co-pays, and answer multiple phone lines while maintaining organized charts and courteous service in a pediatric setting. Occasional travel to Wilmington, DE may be required.

Qualifications

• Motivated and willing to learn on the job.
• Experience working in the front desk area of a medical/dental practice preferred.
• Strong customer service skills; ability to communicate well.
• Desire to work with children in a pediatric setting.
• Experience scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, collecting co-pays, and answering multiple phone lines.

Children's Dental Health is seeking a motivated Patient Services Representative to join our close-knit team in providing top-notch dental care to our patients.

As a Patient Services Representative, you will be our patients' first point of contact, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience from check-in to check-out. We are searching for a passionate and customer-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves creating smiles.

Pay: Starting at $17.00

Schedule: Per-Diem (as needed) Monday-Thursday 7:45am-5:00pm, occasional Fridays and Saturdays.

Location: Aston & Springfield, PA with travel to Wilmington, DE
