Job summary

Ear, Nose, and Throat Specialists of Wisconsin is growing and seeks a friendly, can-do team member to join our front-office. You’ll provide outstanding customer service, greet patients, and support scheduling and charting in a collaborative, supportive environment.

The role emphasizes balance, respect, and opportunities for on-the-job training within a casual, people-first culture. Occasional travel to Fox Valley clinics may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year of customer service or office experience.
• Position is full-time, 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday, primarily in Appleton.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service with each interaction.
• Confirm online bookings and greet patients warmly.
• Verify patient demographics and scan insurance cards/documents.
• Answer calls and help patients schedule appointments.
• Prepare patient charts for upcoming visits.
• Enter and manage patient data in the EMR system.
• Collaborate with the team via EMR, email, and Teams.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or office setting
• Available 40 hours/week Monday-Friday
• Position primarily located in Appleton
• Willingness to occasionally travel to our other Fox Valley clinic locations to provide coverage
