Job summary

UW Health in Madison, Wisconsin is seeking a Clinic Support Technician to support daily operations, schedule patients, and assist with specimen collection under supervision. This is a full-time, 100% FTE, day-shift role Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm with no weekends, though hours may vary by department needs.

Responsibilities include patient check-in with vital signs and allergies, preparing patients for exams, assisting with injections, and nasopharyngeal swabbing.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma preferred.
  • Customer service experience preferred.
  • Clinical health care experience preferred.

Licenses & Certifications


  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Upon Hire Required

  • MA, CNA, EMT, Tech (PT, RT, Eye, etc.), Athletic Trainer, or other Allied Health discipline and/or student in an Allied Health program Preferred
