Job summary

Ear, Nose & Throat Specialists of Wisconsin, SC is hiring a friendly front desk professional at our Oshkosh clinic. You will greet patients, verify demographics, schedule appointments, and carefully enter data into our EMR system with warmth and accuracy.

The role requires a high school diploma and at least 1 year of customer service or office experience, 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, with occasional travel to Fox Valley locations.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or office setting.
• Available 40 hours/week Monday-Friday.
• This position is primarily located in Oshkosh at our front desk.
• Willingness to occasionally travel to our other Fox Valley clinic locations to provide coverage.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service - every interaction matters!
• Confirm online bookings and greet patients with warmth and professionalism
• Verify patient demographics and scan insurance cards/documents
• Answer incoming calls and assist patients with scheduling appointments
• Prep patient charts for upcoming visits
• Accurately enter and manage patient data in our EMR system
• Collaborate with the team through EMR, email, and Microsoft Teams
