Job summary

Tyler Regional Hospital in Tyler, TX is seeking a Day shift, full-time Patient Services Representative to join our front desk team. The role supports patient check-in/out, appointment scheduling, and coordination of records and insurance verification.

Responsibilities

• The Patient Services Representative functions as a patient services professional in a call center or clinical front desk environment.
• Patient check-in/out, appointment scheduling, scanning and filing documents, and insurance verification.
• Obtaining authorization, collecting payments, and charge posting.
• Faxing medical records requests and scheduling patients for injections at the hospital.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
