Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain all clerical aspects of the medical records following established guidelines.
• Conduct accurate registration interviews with direct data entry for full registration of new patient appointments and up-to-date information for established patients across multiple provider specialties.
• Maintain patient scheduling functions and set patient appointments per guidelines.
