Job summary

The Hutchinson Clinic is seeking a Patient Service Specialist to provide excellent customer service in scheduling appointments and assisting patients with account questions in a call center environment. You will verify information, collect payments, and coordinate with the Business Office on payment plans as needed.

Responsibilities include checking in patients, answering billing inquiries, handling cash drawer, and supporting compliance and documented policies.

Qualifications

• Six months of customer service or related experience.
• High School education or GED equivalent.
• Basic math and data entry skills; familiarity with office software.

Responsibilities

• Answer billing questions and collect payments in person or by phone.
• Manage cash drawer and reconcile funds daily.
