Responsibilities

• Greet patients and caregivers and provide assistance in a courteous manner reflecting quality service.
• Verify and update demographic data in the electronic health record system.
• Accurately gather and process information for medical records, referrals, billing, and care.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments and adjust as needed.
• Maintain patient charts and records, including document scanning and processing payments at point of service.
