Hattiesburg Clinic is seeking a Professional Services Receptionist to support the main clinic and satellite locations. The role involves greeting patients, coordinating check-in, and facilitating patient encounters while maintaining professional relationships.

As part of the full-time float pool, you will provide receptionist coverage to departments during vacancies, medical leave, or holidays, with travel to satellite clinics as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; experience working with the public preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
• Pleasant attitude, neat appearance, and professional demeanor.
• Demonstrated ability to interact positively with patients, families, visitors, and staff.
• Must be able to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure.
• Formal training is not strictly required beyond customer-facing experience.
