UT Health East Texas in Carthage, TX seeks a Day shift, full-time Patient Services Representative to greet patients, schedule appointments, scan and file documents, and verify insurance. You will handle authorizations, collect payments, post charges, and coordinate with hospital staff to keep patient flow smooth.

A high school diploma and clinic experience are preferred to join our friendly, care-driven team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Two (2) years of recent experience in a clinic or healthcare setting.

Responsabilités

• Patient check in/out, appointment scheduling, scanning and filing documents, and insurance verification.
• Obtaining authorization, collecting payments and charge posting.
• Faxing medical records requests and scheduling patients for injections at the hospital.
• Other duties as assigned
