Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of computer registration and customer service experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of phlebotomy and specimen processing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Register patients in Epic and other systems accurately.
• Perform venipuncture and collect specimens.
• Process and pack specimens for transport per guidelines.
• Maintain QA checks and follow CLIA/CAP guidelines.
• Assist with billing and patient communication.
