Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred; EMR training/tests required.
• 3+ years of medical office experience.
• Strong patient-focused communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in check-in/out, patient registration, scheduling, referrals and pre-authorizations.
• Oversee daily schedule and operations for the assigned area.
• Coordinate with managers and physicians to ensure patient satisfaction and financial targets.
• Provide administrative support to physicians or managers as needed.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and privacy standards (HIPAA).
