Lalor Family Dental in Endicott, NY is seeking friendly, organized individuals to join the Business Team. No orthodontic experience is required—we provide full training in insurance processes, scheduling, and claims management, and you’ll be paid while you learn.

Key duties include welcoming patients, scheduling, insurance verification, financial arrangements, and clerical support. Benefits include health, vision, dental insurance, 401(k), PTO, and more.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; we’ll train you in orthodontic office workflows.
• Positive, patient-centered attitude and strong communication skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail across multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and families with warmth and professionalism.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate care between orthodontist and patients.
• Verify insurance benefits, manage claims, and pre-authorizations.
• Assist patients with financial arrangements and process payments.
• Conduct patient outreach to keep treatment plans on track.
• Maintain office records and perform clerical/admin duties.
• Support general operations to keep the office running smoothly.
