Qualifications

• One to three years’ experience in a healthcare office setting.
• One-year experience in dental billing preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to use a ten-key and balance large columns of numbers.
• Strong communication and telephone skills; fluent English; bilingual preferred.

Responsabilités

• Handle patient intake, scheduling, and phone inquiries.
• Assist with cash handling and basic billing tasks.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Coordinate with dental team and enrollments.
• Support front desk and cross-train staff.
