Job summary

Terrestris Global Solutions in Castle Rock, CO seeks a Medical Support Assistant to support the Veteran community. The role is Mon-Fri with 8:00 AM–4:30 PM schedule, at 3753 Dacoro Lane, Castle Rock, CO 80109, with opportunities for growth and professional development.

We value prior customer service, basic medical terminology knowledge, and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook; familiarity with VA software is a plus. Authorized to work in the U.S. is required.

Qualifications

Authorization to work in the U.S. permanently, without sponsorship.
Minimum 6 months of customer service experience.
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Office Suite.
High School diploma or GED equivalent.
Oral and written proficiency in English.
Basic computer skills and typing ability (≥50 WPM).
Basic medical terminology knowledge.

Responsibilities

Respond to internal and external requests for assistance politely and professionally.
Answer phones and collect information before transferring to nurse, provider, or social work.
Check-in patients via Integrated Scheduling Solution (ISS).
Serve as Patient Relations Representative and address patient concerns.
Manage and complete assigned work, update demographics, and maintain workflow.
Open/close clinics daily and monitor faxes and mail per HIPAA.
