Qualifications

• BSN is required; MSN preferred. If MSN is held, degree must be in Nursing.
• Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Michigan.
• Three years of progressive nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Assumes management responsibility for a single major function or multiple units providing business support to Nursing operations.
• May oversee 24/7 management for multiple Nursing units reporting to senior Nursing leadership.
• Develops and monitors goals, budgets, and staff performance; ensures regulatory compliance and customer service excellence.
