Role Overview

Sodexo is seeking a Patient Dining Services Manager based at UMass Memorial Medical Center, in Worcester, MA. The Manager will work Monday - Friday, with flexibility to serve as the manager on duty for rotational weekend coverage. In this role, you will be part of the Sodexo management team overseeing patient feeding in this 400+ bed hospital.

What You'll Do

1. Work with hourly associates to exceed patient satisfaction
2. Oversee daily meal rounding, including service recovery
3. Collaborate with clinical, food service, and interdisciplinary teams to enhance the patient experience
4. Perform tray assessments to ensure food quality, presentation, and tray accuracy
5. Maintain effective communication with patients and families to ensure high satisfaction levels
