Role Overview

Sodexo is seeking a Patient Dining Services Manager based at UMass Memorial Medical Center, in Worcester, MA. The Manager will work Monday - Friday, and will need the flexibility to work as the manager on duty for rotational weekend coverage. In this role you will be a part of the Sodexo management team for patient feeding in this 400+ bed hospital.

What You'll Do

• work with hourly associates to to exceed patient satisfaction
• oversee daily meal rounding inclusive of service recovery
• collaborate with clinical, food service and interdisciplinary teams to enhance the patient experience
• perform tray assessments to ensure food quality, presentation and tray accuracy
• maintain effective communication with patients and families to ensure high satisfaction level
