Sodexo is seeking a Patient Services Manager 1 for North Oaks Hospital located in Hammond, Louisiana - New Orleans Region.
North Oaks Health System is a 300-bed facility and one of Louisiana’s largest and most progressive community hospital organizations, strategically based between New Orleans and Baton Rouge.
The Patient Services Manager 1 will report to the Patient Services Manager 2, oversee patient services, bedside ordering, drive patient satisfaction, and implement Sodexo patient service programs. We are seeking a charismatic and organized manager to support a team of 20 frontline staff and ensure client and patient needs are satisfied. Healthtouch experience is a plus!
The preferred candidate should have experience as a working manager in a similar role, with staff training experience and excellent customer service skills with patients and clients.
