HHS Culinary and Nutrition Solutions, LLC (USA) is seeking a hospital food service leader at Bon Secours Memorial Regional Medical Center to direct a team, ensure morale, quality, and respectful service, and coordinate nutrition programs for patients.

You will recruit, train, and develop staff; ensure food service standards, patient satisfaction, and excellent customer service; relocation for promotion is encouraged. Certification such as Serve Safe or equivalent is required or pursued.

Location: Bon Secours Memorial Regional Medical Center Pay Rate: Salary - Salary Plan, 70,000.00 USD Annual Work Shift:

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership that supports a team environment that fosters morale, passion, quality, and respect
• Lead and manage team member recruiting, training, and development
• Perform daily inspections, patient rounding, assessments, coaching, and counsel team members
• Provide education to patients, families, nursing, food service, and other facility staff on nutritional needs
• Coordinate and evaluate food service standards to ensure patient satisfaction and nourishment
• Take action and provide excellent customer service to correct any issues that occur
• Implement, manage, and maintain the patient ambassador program for high-quality service
• Collaborate with department, facility, and company leadership to achieve goals
• Stays informed on patient satisfaction updates, current trends
• Participates in departmental meetings and Quality Assurance/Performance Improvement programs, promoting collaboration and teamwork.
• Participates in patient experience workshops and projects led by the organizations

Requirements

• Experience managing a team and in customer service
• Computer experience with word processing, spreadsheets, and various software
• Must be willing to relocate for promotion opportunities
• Must have or be willing to obtain a valid Serve Safe certification or equivalent
• Not Required but a Big Plus Certified Dietary Manager, Registered Dietitian, or Licensed Dietitian preferred
• Working knowledge of Press Ganey/NRC Picker
