Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is hiring a PATIENT SERVICES LEAD in Abilene, TX. The role oversees patient meal service, trains and supervises dining staff, and coordinates with nurses and kitchen teams to meet dietary needs and preferences.

The position offers full-time schedule with varied shifts, and a 18.00 USD per hour pay rate. Prior healthcare experience is a plus, and training is provided to new hires.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare setting is a plus.
• Ability to read safety rules and procedure manuals.
• Ability to operate hospital ADT systems and other computer-based tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient meal service and special requests.
• Supervise Patient Dining Associates and ensure tray delivery/pick-up.
• Collaborate with caregivers and culinary team on dietary needs and menu alternatives.
• Monitor patient meal selections and tray completion to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and department procedures.
