Responsibilities

• Assists management in overseeing departmental operations including mentoring staff as a quality improvement coordinator.
• Ensures accurate completion of registration and monitoring of reports; maintains data integrity and process continuity.
• Handles escalated issues, schedules staff, and coordinates staff training and education.
• Supports HR processes including coaching, performance issues, and hiring recommendations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
