Qualifications

• Healthcare related experience required; billing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verify insurance benefits and eligibility within 48 hours.
• Support insurance verification, authorization, and denial mitigation processes.
• Educate patients on financial obligations and set up payment plans.
• Collect copays and manage payment arrangements.
• Maintain EMR documentation and dashboards for real-time monitoring.
