Job summary

Talentify seeks a Patient Service Specialist for our outpatient physical therapy center in Grove City, OH. You’ll be the first contact for patients, greeting, registering and guiding visits while handling front desk duties and related processes.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or GED, strong communication, and a customer-service mindset. Insurance or healthcare experience is preferred; we offer robust benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Insurance experience preferred.
• Healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients and provide information about what to expect during their visit and information about their next appointment as they check out
• Schedule patient appointments in person and via phone
• Regular communication with parties such as attorney offices, insurance companies and translation companies, market operational leaders, and business development team
• Collect co-pays from patients, manage payer approvals, and conduct insurance authorizations and verifications
