Job summary

Quest Diagnostics is seeking a PSC Registration Representative in Knoxville, TN. This role handles patient front-desk duties, data entry, insurance billing, and HIPAA compliance in a fast-paced clinic setting.

You will greet patients, complete registrations accurately, verify orders and billing details, and assist with monthly statistics. A HS diploma and 1 year of customer service are required; English fluency is essential. Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• One year customer service experience.
• Keyboard/data entry and PC experience.
• Medical Terminology preferred.
• The position requires the ability to effectively communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide courteous service.
• Ensure patient registration is completed accurately and on time.
• Data entry as needed and verify billing information.
• Handle inquiries by phone and in person and collect payments when applicable.
• Maintain records and documentation and follow policies.
