Job summary

RadNet Towson, MD is seeking a Patient Service Representative to greet and register patients, verify insurance, collect information, and coordinate appointments in a fast-paced imaging center.

You will work with back-office staff to ensure accurate documentation, handle calls, log co-pays, and protect patient privacy while delivering friendly, world-class service. The role offers on-site training and opportunities for advancement within a patient-centered team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills are preferred.
• Strong multitasking and communication skills are essential.
• Experience providing exceptional customer service is expected.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Verify insurance and patient information, collect signatures, and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Collect co-pays and fees and log all transactions.
• Answer and transfer incoming calls and manage appointment scheduling.
• Provide patient orientation for safety protocols and directions to facilities.
• Coordinate with back-office staff to ensure timely patient care and maintain HIPAA compliance.
