Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Verify insurance and patient information; collect signatures and documents.
• Collect and log co-pays and fees.
• Answer and transfer incoming calls.
• Schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments; confirm changes.
• Provide orientation for prep and safety protocols; give facility directions.
• Coordinate with back-office staff to ensure timely care.
• Safeguard patient information and on-site medications per policies.
• Maintain professional conduct toward patients and coworkers.
• Respect patient boundaries and cultural sensitivities.
• Interact diplomatically with patients and families.
• Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships.
