Job summary

Responsibilities

• Check in patients, collect demographics, enter data into the system, verify insurance.
• Assist in checking out patients, process referrals and follow-up appointments.
• Collect co-pays and post charges; handle charge entry and patient balances.
• Distribute information about office policies and general practice information.
• Explain and enroll patients in the patient portal.
• Perform additional responsibilities as needed.
