Beltone Carolina/Virginia in Mechanicsville, VA, is seeking a Front Desk Associate to join a busy office environment. This full-time role runs Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with no weekends.

You will handle patient scheduling, maintain records, and assist with billing tasks while delivering exceptional service to patients. The ideal candidate is dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a professional office setting.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized.
• Experience with billing insurance is preferred.
• Experience scheduling in a software system is preferred.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule patient appointments in person or by phone.
• Maintain patient files in accordance with HIPAA.
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits with carriers.
• Create invoices to bill insurance accurately and timely.
• Deliver excellent customer service with friendliness and enthusiasm.
• Light cleaning, filing, and inventory management.
