Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 1+ years experience in customer service/public setting.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel to various locations and have reliable transportation.
• Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Promotes patient satisfaction through excellent service and courteous interactions.
• Manage patient check-in/check-out, verify demographics, collect payments and ensure insurance eligibility.
• Support EMR scheduling, registrations, and referrals; assist with documentation in EMR as needed.
• Handle communications via EMR, phone, email, and other channels; escalate issues appropriately.
• Distribute daily mail and prepare/organize documents and reports.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and prioritize tasks to support high-quality patient care.
• Assist with procedure instructions for patients and reconcile payments for daily deposits.
• Travel to other locations as needed to cover front-end operations.
