Loyola Medicine is seeking a Service Representative for the Front Desk Clerical team. You will greet patients, collect and verify demographic and insurance data, process payments, and ensure accurate entry into the hospital system.

The role requires a High School Diploma (associate degree preferred) and proficiency with Epic Scheduling, Outlook, and Word. Position includes benefits, tuition reimbursement, and career growth opportunities in a day shift environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• Basic keyboarding skills.
• Epic Scheduling experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Word.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and family members in a friendly manner.
• Verify demographic, clinical, financial, and insurance information during pre-registration.
• Accept point-of-service payments or guide payment options.
• Enter patient information into the hospital information system(s).
• Refer patients with questions regarding financial liability to appropriate resources.
• Initiate Enrollment process for myLoyola.
• Escalate systemic issues to Lead Service Representative for resolution.
