Job summary

Midwest ENT is seeking a Patient Services Representative to join our team at the front desk. You will manage patient scheduling, greet and register patients, and handle demographic and insurance data in the EMR system.

This role supports multiple clinic locations with a Monday–Friday schedule, 8am–5pm, and a commitment to work-life balance. We are an equal opportunity employer and offer paid holidays, PTO accrual, and a paid health day.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to travel between three clinic locations.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• 1+ year customer service or reception experience.
• 1+ year medical office experience.
• 1+ year experience using an EMR system.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and schedule all providers and patient appointments.
• Prepare patient charts during check in.
• Greet patients and maintain an efficient registration process.
• Enter demographic and insurance information into the system.
• Collect co-pays shown on patient accounts.
• Schedule patients accurately for appointments.
• Notify patients of collection policies and procedures.
• Take accurate phone messages for providers and staff.
• Route calls to the appropriate department when needed.
• Notify staff when supplies are needed and follow supply protocol.
• Other duties as assigned.
