Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and professionally upon arrival and manage registration and scheduling.
• Triage and route clinical calls to the appropriate departments.
• Support patients in completing forms and paperwork with clear guidance.
• Maintain a clean, organized lobby and work area for a positive first impression.
• Enter referral information and manage patient records accurately.
• Meet departmental productivity benchmarks while understanding billing processes.
• Demonstrate reliable attendance and punctuality for uninterrupted patient care.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
