Articularis Healthcare Group, Inc. is seeking a full-time Patient Services Representative - Floater for our Greenwood, SC practice.

The role requires handling front desk duties, patient check-in/out, and responsive customer service while coordinating with doctors and staff to ensure a seamless patient experience. As a floater, you may assist on the clinical side as needed and must maintain HIPAA standards, manage schedules, and handle payments.

Formación

• Associates degree with 2 years or relevant customer service experience.
• Experience in a medical/clinical setting.
• Experience with multi-line phone systems.
• Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• CMA certification preferred.
• Phlebotomy experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Check in patients and update financial, personal, and medical information.
• Enter information accurately into the patient chart.
• Provide superior customer service on calls and in person.
• Check out patients, schedule follow-ups, and provide documents.
• Collect copays and past due balances.
• Triage and transfer calls; float to clinical tasks as needed.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and protect patient confidentiality.
• Coordinate with Managers, Doctors, and staff to ensure smooth operations.
