Qualifications

• Completed clinic training competencies.

Responsibilities

• Register patients with personal, insurance, and billing data.
• Verify insurance coverage with payer sites.
• Schedule patient appointments for providers as needed.
• Answer basic insurance/financial questions and escalate when required.
• Accept payments on co-pays and balances; maintain a balanced drawer.
• Assist with patient and staff calls as needed.
• Escalate patient concerns to supervisor.
• Float to hospital registration and clinics as directed.
