Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Patient Services Manager 2 for NYC Health + Hospitals/Jacobi Medical Center in the Bronx. You will lead approximately 40 union employees in a fast-paced Cook-Chill operation, driving patient satisfaction and partnering with nursing, dietitians, and hospital leadership.

Qualifications

Guides frontline teams in service-driven operations such as healthcare dining and support services.
Knowledge of patient dining workflows, food safety, sanitation, and clinical nutrition standards.
Experience with staff scheduling, onboarding, and day‑to‑day operational coordination.
Commitment to service excellence through patient engagement, rounding, and quality monitoring.
Strong organizational skills to support workflow management and performance standards.

Responsibilities

Oversee patient dining operations and mailroom services to support patient experience.
Direct performance reviews, coaching, and resource deployment across teams.
Partner with nursing, dietitians, and hospital leadership to drive operational excellence.
