Job summary

Sodexo is seeking two Patient Services Managers 2 to lead daily patient dining operations at Jersey Shore University Medical Center in Neptune, NJ. This role blends operational leadership with service excellence in a healthcare setting, overseeing mailroom services alongside patient dining operations to ensure efficient workflows and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include managing people, setting direction, and deploying resources, with performance evaluations and hire/fire decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising frontline teams in service-driven operations.
• Knowledge of patient dining workflows, food safety, sanitation, and clinical nutrition standards.
• Strong scheduling, onboarding, and day-to-day operational coordination.
