Responsibilities

• Coordinate order processing workflow with Client Services Specialist.
• Conduct patient engagement calls and coordinate with prescribers for paperwork.
• Perform patient intake and document medical necessity information.
• Request and review medical records from physician offices.
• Communicate clearly with internal teams to resolve issues.
• Participate in traditional and e-learning programs.
