Job summary

Revo Health is seeking a Medical Assistant for Almara Women’s Health in Edina to support OB/GYN services across all life stages. This full-time, on-site role runs Monday-Thursday 8:30–5 and Friday 7:30–4, at the Edina location, with essential tasks including vital signs, specimen collection, and assisting providers.

Responsibilities include patient intake, history, in-house testing, and ensuring medical records are current.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a Medical Assistant Program or MLT program.
• AAMA or AMT certification required or willingness to obtain.
• 1+ year Medical Assistant experience in a clinic setting; externship welcome.

Responsibilities

• Verify patient information by interviewing patients and recording medical history.
• Measure vital signs and document in patient chart.
• Obtain blood specimens by venipuncture or finger sticks.
• Perform in-house testing: UA, Hemoglobin, glucose tests.
• Assist physician and physician assistant in exam rooms.
• Provide patient instructions as directed by clinician.
• Maintain and file reports, labs and patient records prior to appointments.
